ANED Suite
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of ANED Suite products and services provided by ANED Development Center ("ANED", "we", "us"). By accessing or using ANED Suite, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our services.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into contracts on behalf of your organization to use ANED Suite. By using ANED Suite, you represent that you meet these requirements and that you have read and understood these Terms.
ANED Suite provides software-as-a-service products including but not limited to ANED ERP, ANED 360, Canedo Security Platform, ANED Agents, Developer Tools, and associated products and APIs. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service with reasonable notice.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at security@anedsuite.com. You are responsible for ensuring your organization's users comply with these Terms.
You agree not to use ANED Suite to: violate any applicable law or regulation; transmit malicious code or interfere with the platform's operation; access data not intended for you; collect user information without consent; engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair ANED's infrastructure; or use the services for unlawful purposes.
ANED reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found in violation of these terms without prior notice in cases of serious breach.
You retain ownership of all data you input into ANED Suite. You grant ANED a limited license to process that data solely to provide the services. You are responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to input any data into ANED Suite, including compliance with applicable data protection laws when processing personal data of your employees, customers, or beneficiaries.
Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis as agreed in your service agreement. All fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. We may change pricing with 30 days' written notice. Failure to pay may result in suspension of services after a 14-day grace period.
ANED Suite and all its components, features, and functionality are owned by ANED Development Center and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any rights to ANED's trademarks, logos, or other brand features. Open-source components used in ANED Suite are governed by their respective licenses.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ANED shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use ANED Suite. ANED's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Kenya. Disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Nairobi, Kenya under the Arbitration Act (Cap 49, Laws of Kenya), except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
